THE VORTEX BREATH

This breath sequence works with the golden ratio (PI) and the fibonacci sequence. It will very quickly help you to come into a neutral state ready for meditation.


Breath Using the long deep breathing technique breathing through the nose

Inhale the breath for 13 counts then exhale the breath for 13 counts

Inhale the breath for 8 counts then exhale the breath for 8 counts

Inhale the breath for 5 counts then exhale the breath for 5 counts

Inhale the breath for 3 counts then exhale the breath for 3 counts

Inhale the breath for 2 counts then exhale the breath for 2 counts

Inhale the breath for 1 count then exhale the breath for 1 count



Eyes Closed


Time 3 - 5 cycles
