THE CALIBER OF LIFE MEDITATION
Caliber is a basic, consistent power in which a person can project and communicate. This meditation can form the basis of an extraordinary sadhana. It adjusts the projection and the command of the breath. It is intended to improve your capacity to project your identity and reach excellence in life. It was originally said to conquer depression and discouragement, and to build tremendous strength in the nervous system. The time must be built up gradually. Start small and be sure that you can do it properly before you increase the time. Do not exceed 11 minutes. As you master the practice, you can increase the time that you hold the breath out from 15 seconds up to 60 seconds.
