This is a 90 minute Kundalini Yoga & Meditation class including the Basic Spinal Series Kriya and the Eka Mai Mantra Meditation. This practice is designed to improve the flexibility of the spine, increasing spinal fluid flow to the brain, improving lymphatic drainage and hormone balance. Plus this practice systematically activates each chakra, bringing your whole metaphysical system online.
This practice can be completed sitting in a chair if you can't sit on the floor and is suitable for beginners as well as seasoned yoga and meditation practitioners.
