9 Minute Kriya for the Subtle Body
This kriya refines your energetic sensitivity, strengthens your connection to the unseen, and enhances your ability to navigate transitions with grace.
To Practice:
Begin Cat-Cow Pose: Coming onto all fours. Hands under shoulders knees under hips. Inhale lift head and tailbone, exhale arch through.
Opens the spine and balances energy flow.
Continue for 3 mins
Sat Kriya: In a kneeling posture bring the hands into venus mudra wiht the index fingers extended, Reach them up next to your ears. Chant "Sat" and lift the navel in and up. Chant "Nam" and release.
A powerful practice for awakening the subtle energy and aligning
your vibration.
Continue for 3 minutes
Meditative Rock Pose (3 minutes): Sit in Rock Pose, spine straight, and focus on the breath flowing through the third eye. Visualise light codes entering your subtle field.
To finish rest in deep relaxation for 3-6 minutes.
Short Kriya to Clear the Subconscious
As the 9 year is a time of karmic resolution, clearing subconscious blocks is essential.
To Practice:
• Breath of Fire in Ego Eradicator (3 minutes): Sit with arms at 60 degrees, thumbs pointing up.
This clears energetic blocks and opens your magnetic field.
• Relaxation in Corpse Pose (5-10 minutes): Lie down and let go completely, visualising the release of past patterns.
Meditation To Strengthen the Subtle Body
Posture: Sit in a comfortable meditative position with a straight spine.
Mudra: Place your hands in Gyan Mudra (thumb and index finger touching).
Mantra: Chant “Wahe Guru” in a long, slow rhythm. Feel the sound vibrations ripple through your
being, awakening the subtle energies.
Time: Start with 11 minutes and build up to 31 minutes.
Benefits: Develops intuitive awareness and a sense of grace in navigating transitions.
