towards the final position. Fingers are pointing straight
up. As you say TAAR, the arms are fully extended out to
the sides and parallel to the floor, fingers pointing up.
Make the transition from step to step a flowing
movement.

Comments:
If you feel your heart is closed and there is no flow of
love, and you want to open your heart, do this meditation.
The mantra "Sat Kartaar" comes from the Sikh tradition and holds deep spiritual significance:
Sat: Truth or the eternal, unchanging reality. It represents the essence of the divine that is true and timeless.
Kartaar: Doer, Creator, or Divine Manifestor. It signifies the one who creates, governs, and sustains everything in existence.
"Sat Kartaar" can be translated as "The True Creator" or "True is the Doer." It is a reminder of the divine truth and the presence of the Creator in all aspects of life.
Spiritual Significance:
This mantra helps connect the individual to the divine will, surrendering the ego and trusting in the higher power.
It invokes a sense of gratitude, trust, and humility, recognising that everything is created and governed by the truth of the universe.
Chanting this mantra can bring peace, alignment with truth, and a sense of flow with divine guidance.
It's often used in meditation or prayer to cultivate a deeper connection with the divine and to centre oneself in the reality of divine truth.
