This meditation helps you develop a heightened sensitivity and awareness, enabling you to extend your aura and connect with the energy of a group or team. Over time, it enhances your ability to sense what is happening around you, even allowing you to feel the intentions of others, including those who may oppose you. By practising this meditation, you will cultivate the ability to sense the energy flow in any situation, providing insight into what is unfolding in the environment.
See the Unseen, Know the Unknown.
It is recommended to perform a vigorous yoga set, including pranayama, before practising this meditation to prepare the body and mind.
To Practice
Posture: Sit in Easy Pose (cross-legged) with your spine straight and aligned.
Eyes: Keep your eyelids about 1/10 open, gently gazing downwards. Focus your attention at the Third Eye Point (the space between the eyebrows).
Mudra: Place your hands in Gyan Mudra (thumb and index finger lightly touching).
Focus: Begin by consciously releasing all tension from your spine, letting each segment of the spine relax. Continue releasing tension outward, allowing your entire body to relax with each breath.
Duration:
Continue for 22 minutes.
It will take approximately the first 11 minutes to fully release tension. In the second cycle of 11 minutes, you will begin to activate your intuitive capacities and deepen your awareness.
Comments:
The initial 11 minutes focus on releasing tension, preparing your body and mind for heightened sensitivity.
As you move into the second cycle, your intuitive abilities will start to awaken, allowing you to sense and understand the energy flows around you.
This practice enables you to better connect with the energy of others and the environment, improving your ability to sense not only what is happening but also the intentions and energies at play.
