MEDITATION TO BRIGHTEN THE AURA

Meditation to Brighten the Aura is a simple yet powerful practice aimed at strengthening and expanding your energy field. This meditation helps clear blockages, enhance your vibrational frequency, and improve your presence by increasing the luminosity of your aura. It promotes a sense of clarity, peace, and vitality, allowing you to radiate positivity and attract more favourable experiences.


1. Set Your Intention

  • Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight.

  • Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to centre yourself.

  • Set the intention to brighten your aura and bring more light into your life.

  • Focus on your heart centre and visualise your heart glowing with light.


2. Hands in Prayer Pose

  • Bring your hands together in prayer pose at your heart centre.

  • Keep your thumbs gently touching the centre of your chest, and your palms pressed together.

  • Focus on the sensation of the palms touching and your heart centre expanding.


3. Breath of Fire

  • Begin Breath of Fire: Breathe rapidly and rhythmically through your nose, pumping your belly in and out with each breath.

  • Breath of Fire helps clear blockages, activate energy, and charge your aura.

  • Continue for 1–2 minutes, or as long as you feel comfortable.


4. Visualise the Aura Expanding

  • Visualise a bright light, like the sun, radiating from the centre of your chest.

  • See the light expanding outward from your body, growing larger with each breath.

  • With each inhale, see the light becoming brighter and stronger.

  • With each exhale, see the light expanding further, creating a strong protective aura around you.

  • Imagine this light glowing in all directions, enveloping you in a beautiful, vibrant field of energy.


5. Chant

  • Chant the mantra "Sat Nam" or "Wahe Guru" as you meditate.

  • If you chant, do so in a quiet staedy voice, focusing on the sound vibration and its impact on your aura.

  • Feel the resonance of the mantra clearing and energising your energy field.


6. Absorb the Energy

  • As you continue to visualise the light and breathe deeply, feel the energy surrounding you becoming stronger and more radiant.

  • Imagine the aura glowing brightly and clearing any negative energy or blockages that may be present.

  • Let the energy expand beyond your body and extend out into the space around you. Feel the vibrational shift in your surroundings.


7. To End

  • Continue for 11 minutes.

  • Gently close your palms together in prayer pose at your heart centre once more.

  • Take a moment to acknowledge and absorb the light you’ve created in your aura.

  • Sit in stillness for a few breaths, allowing the new energy to settle and integrate.

  • Maybe take a moment to mentallly express gratitude for the bright and expanded aura you have cultivated.

This meditation can be done daily to maintain a strong and vibrant aura, and it can be especially helpful before important meetings, events, or whenever you need to elevate your energetic presence.
