This meditation is suggested for the Tenth Body - the Radiant Body.
This meditation exalts the intuition. The Seventh Chakra represents humility and vastness, the tenth gate, the seat of the soul, the connection to the highest self, elevation. The Eighth Chakra represents radiance, the electromagnetic field, protection, and combines the effects of all the chakras.
Posture Sit in easy pose with the spine is straight and the hands in Gyan Mudra.
Focus The eyes are focused at the tip of the nose.
Meditation Chant "Ang Sang Wahe Guru"
Time 31 minutes.
To Finish Inhale deeply and hold the breath as long as possible. Exhale. Repeat two more times. Relax.
Ang is ‘a part.’ Sang is ‘in every,’ or ‘with every.’ Wahe is ‘the indescribable living ecstasy of Infinite Being.’ Guru is ‘the knowledge that transforms your mind, emotion and essence.’ The whole phrase means, “The Infinite Being, God, is with me, and vibrates in every molecule and cell of my being.”It dispels loneliness and fear by reminding you that you are never separate from the divine source, connecting your finite self to infinite Oneness.
“The word Ang Sang Wahe Guru is meant for destroying unconscious habits and unconscious thoughts for which we are not willing to go through the consequences.” ~ Yogi Bhajan, June 29, 1990
