MEDITATION FOR DIVINE EMBODIMENT (To Balance the 11th Body)

This meditation is intended to help you embody the divine light within you, aligning your physical body with the highest spiritual frequencies.

By chanting the mantra Sat Nam Wahe Guru, you connect to your inner truth and divine wisdom, allowing you to experience yourself as a radiant temple of light.

To Practice:

  1. Sit in Easy Pose (cross-legged) with a straight spine and relaxed shoulders.

  2. Place your hands on your heart centre, palms facing inward, feeling the warmth and energy of your heart.

  3. Focus on your breath, breathing slowly and deeply, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth, to centre your energy.

  4. Begin chanting the mantra Sat Nam Wahe Guru:

    • Sat Nam: "Sat" means truth, and "Nam" means name or identity, so together it translates as "I am truth" or "Truth is my identity."

    • Wahe Guru: "Wahe" is an expression of ecstasy, and "Guru" represents divine wisdom, so "Wahe Guru" means "The awe of the divine wisdom."

  5. As you chant, visualise your body as a radiant temple of divine light. Picture yourself surrounded by a brilliant aura, with your body fully connected to both the earthly realm and the etheric realm above.

  6. With each repetition of the mantra, feel the light expanding from within, radiating outward and connecting you to the universe and the divine energies.

  7. Focus on feeling the alignment of your physical body with your higher consciousness and the universe, embracing both the earthly and spiritual dimensions.


Continue chanting for 11 minutes, or for as long as you feel comfortable.
