KRIYA TO MAKE YOU ENCHANTINGLY BEAUTIFUL

Beauty is a radiance of the soul that shines through physical appearance and beyond. This kriya is designed to elevate your spirit and provide a refreshing inflow of energy.

Spine Flex Variation

This exercise is said to purify the blood, strengthen the nervous system, and help prevent back and shoulder pain.

Posture: Sit on your heels in Rock Pose. Place your palms flat on the ground outside the knees, slightly in front of you. Pull your neck upwards, keeping your spine straight. Your posture should resemble a small Buddhist temple lion.

Breath & Movement: Flex your spine to its maximum capacity, keeping the elbows straight. Inhale as you flex forward, exhale powerfully as you flex backward. Maintain a steady rhythm. Your forehead may become warm, and your spine may begin to sweat.

Duration: Continue for 3 minutes, then transition immediately into the next exercise.

Yoga Mudra

This exercise often results in a rosy glow in the cheeks.

Posture: Remain in Rock Pose. Interlace your fingers behind your back at the base of the spine with palms facing upwards. Straighten your arms and lift them as high as possible.

Duration: Continue for 2 minutes. Then inhale deeply, exhale fully, and relax.

Leg Raise

This exercise stretches the sciatic nerve and can help relieve headaches.

Posture: Sit with your legs extended straight in front of you, heels together. Place your palms on the ground at your sides, slightly behind your hips. Slowly raise your legs to a 60-degree angle and hold. Avoid leaning backward.

Duration: Continue for 3 minutes. Then inhale and exhale twice, and relax.

Knees Pulled In

This exercise is said to cleanse the blood and lungs while stimulating the life force, promoting youth and vitality.

Posture: Remain seated with your body in the same position as the previous exercise. Pull your knees into your chest, balancing your body and keeping your feet 6 inches off the ground.

Breath: Practise Breath of Fire.

Duration: Continue for 2 minutes. Then inhale deeply, exhale fully, and relax.

Leg Stretch

This exercise stimulates the liver and spleen.

Posture: Stretch your legs straight out in front of you and grasp your toes. Keep your elbows straight as you pull and elongate your spine. Engage Neck Lock by lightly tucking your chin. Concentrate and press your toes firmly as you stretch.

Eye Focus: Close your eyes and roll them upwards.

Duration: Continue for 2 minutes.

Leg Stretch with Mantra Hum

This exercise cleanses the lungs and stimulates the life force, promoting youth, power, and vitality.

Posture: Maintain the same position as the previous exercise.

Mantra: Chant the mantra HUM, which translates to "We." Use a continuous sound, allowing the vibration to release small-mindedness and tension.

Duration: Time is unspecified; continue as desired.
