Kriya For the Tenth Body · The Radiant Body

A Kriya for Sovereign Presence

The Radiant Body is not built through force. It emerges when the nervous system feels safe enough to be seen.

This kriya works gradually and intelligently through the spine, breath, glands, and navel centre, clearing interference and strengthening the field that surrounds you. As the system aligns, presence becomes steadier, confidence less reactive, and projection more coherent.

Think of this practice as polishing the lens through which you meet the world.

Move slowly. Let the body respond. Trust your timing.

  1. Clearing & Energising the Field (Breath)

Come into Easy Pose, sitting upright with the spine naturally long.

Gently close the left nostril and begin breathing slowly and deeply through the right nostril. Let the breath be complete and unforced clearing the nerve channels and awakening the solar side of the body.

After one minute, switch hands and nostrils.

After another minute, switch again.

Now allow Breath of Fire through the right nostril for one minute steady, rhythmic, and contained.

To end Inhale through both nostrils and the exhale relax.

This sequence prepares the system to hold radiance without overwhelm.

  1. Awakening the Spine (Spine Flex)

Come onto the knees and heels. If this isn’t accessible, remain in Easy Pose.

Begin to gently flex the lower spine inhaling forward, exhaling back.

Let the movement be fluid rather than exaggerated.

Continue for one minute.

To end: Inhale lift up. Exhale relax.

This brings vitality into the spinal channel, the central axis of projection.

  1. Anchoring Sovereignty (Sat Kriya)

Remain on the knees and heels.

Bring the hands into a venus mudra, index fingers pointing upward.

Extend the arms overhead, gently hugging the ears.

On SAT, draw the navel inward and up (wiht a subtle Root Lock).

On NAM, release.

Allow the breath to find its own rhythm.

Continue for three minutes.

To complete:

  • Inhale deeply

  • Hold the breath

  • Apply Root Lock lifting the pelvic floor, drawing in the navel, engaging through the spine and shoulders

  • Stretch the arms upward, drawing energy through the central channel

  • Exhale

Repeat this three times.

Lower the arms through the Aura, rest the hands on the ground either side of you.

This stabilises inner authority and containment essential for the Radiant Body.

  1. Integrating the Upper Centres (Cat–Cow)

Pause briefly. Eyes closed, awareness resting gently at the brow point.

Then move onto hands and knees for Cat–Cow.

Inhale into Cow - spine softening downward, chest opening, head moving last.

Exhale into Cat - spine rounding, chin drawing in.

Move slowly and consciously for two minutes.

This movement releases stored tension and brings circulation into the face, head, and higher glands supporting clarity, intuition, and radiance.

When complete, lie flat on the back. Arms by the sides, palms up.

Rest.

  1. Reversing the Pull of Gravity (Plow & Shoulder Stand)

From lying flat, slowly lift the legs up and over into Plow Pose.

Support the back if needed. Let the breath remain long and calm.

Stay for one minute.

If it feels accessible, transition into Shoulder Stand, lifting the legs upward with the hands supporting the back. The legs may be vertical or slightly angled - trust your body.

Remain for one minute, breathing deeply.

These inversions bathe the higher glands and nervous system, restoring calm authority and steadiness.

To come out, return through Plow and lower slowly.

Rest.

(Skip inversions if they are not appropriate for your body.)

  1. Strengthening the Lower Field (Locust Pose)

Roll onto the stomach.

Make fists and place them gently beneath the lower abdomen in the groin.

Legs together.

Lift the legs as high as feels steady and sustainable.

Begin Breath of Fire for two minutes.

To end; Inhale lift the legs high. Exhale lower the legs.

Turn the head to one side and rest briefly.

This strengthens the base that supports radiant projection.

  1. Releasing & Expanding (Tiger Stretch)

Come onto the knees.

Place the hands on the floor beside the knees, palms flat and slightly behind you. Extend one leg back, opening the chest and gently arching the spine.

Breathe deeply for one minute, then switch sides.

This opens the heart and shoulders and reaches into the psoas.

Softening effort while maintaining strength.

  1. Claiming the Line of Sight (Archer Pose)

Come slowly to standing.

Step one foot forward and one back, grounding into Archer Pose.

Front knee bent, hips level, weight mostly forward.

Extend the front arm as if holding a bow.

Draw the back elbow behind you as if pulling the string.

Chest open, shoulders relaxed.

Eyes open, gazing steadily forward.

Begin Breath of Fire.

Hold for two minutes, then switch sides.

To end: Inhale. Exhale. Release.

Archer Pose builds Royal Courage the ability to hold direction without aggression.

(Over time, build toward 11 minutes per side to fully activate the Radiant Body.)

Closing

Come to sit quietly.

Notice the quality of your presence.

Notice the space around you.

This practice does not make you radiant it removes what interferes with your radiance.

Let the rest integrate naturally.
