This kriya is designed to release stored emotional and energetic patterns from the past, helping you to move forward with clarity and freedom. It works to balance the mind and body while clearing subconscious blocks, allowing you to let go of past experiences that no longer serve you.
The Practice:
Preparation
Posture: Sit in Easy Pose (cross-legged) with the spine straight.
Breath: Take several long, deep breaths to centre yourself and prepare for the kriya.
Clearing Breath
Posture: Sit with your hands in Gyan Mudra (thumb and index finger touching).
Eyes: Closed, with focus at the Third Eye Point.
Breath: Inhale deeply through the nose, hold the breath, and visualise releasing past pain or negative energy. Exhale forcefully through the mouth.
Time: 3 minutes.
Spinal Flex
Posture: Sit on your heels in Rock Pose (Vajrasana) or Easy Pose.
Movement: Inhale as you arch the spine forward, opening the chest, and exhale as you round the spine backward.
Focus: Visualise your spine as a channel releasing stored energy from the past.
Time: 2 minutes.
Shoulder Release
Posture: Sit in Easy Pose.
Movement: Roll your shoulders forward and backward in a circular motion.
Breath: Long, deep breathing in rhythm with the movement.
Time: 2 minutes.
Mantra
Mantra: Chant or listen to to the following mantras
Sa Ta Na Ma Ra Ma Da Sa, Sa Say So Hung.
Posture: Place your hands over your heart, one on top of the other.
Eyes: Closed, with focus at the heart centre.
Visualisation: Imagine the sound vibrations dissolving old patterns and opening your heart to new possibilities. This sound current is said to make the impossible possible.
Time: 5 minutes.
Deep Relaxation
