Find a quiet space where you can practice without distractions.
Sit in Easy Pose (cross-legged) with your spine straight.
Focus your mind and take a few deep breaths to centre yourself.
1. Long Deep Breathing
Purpose: Opens the energy channels and calms the mind.
Posture: Sit in Easy Pose with your hands resting on your knees in Gyan Mudra (thumb and index finger touching).
Breath: Inhale deeply through the nose, expanding the belly, ribs, and chest. Exhale slowly and completely.
Time: 3 minutes.
2. Arm Lifts with Breath of Fire
Purpose: Clears negativity, strengthens the aura, and energises the Arcline.
Posture: Extend both arms straight up at a 60-degree angle with your palms facing each other. Spread your fingers wide.
Breath: Practice Breath of Fire (rapid, rhythmic breathing through the nose, with equal emphasis on inhale and exhale).
Time: 3 minutes.
To End: Inhale deeply, hold the breath, and stretch the arms higher. Exhale and relax.
3. Whistle Breath
Purpose: Purifies the aura and strengthens your protective energy field.
Posture: Sit in Easy Pose with your hands in your lap, right palm resting in the left, thumbs touching lightly.
Breath: Inhale through pursed lips, creating a whistling sound. Exhale through the nose.
Focus: Close your eyes and concentrate on the third eye.
Time: 5 minutes.
4. Sat Kriya
Purpose: Balances the lower chakras and energises the Arcline.
Posture: Sit on your heels in Rock Pose, interlacing your fingers with the index fingers extended straight up.
Chant: Chant Sat as you pull your navel in and Nam as you relax your navel.
Breath: Chant rhythmically while maintaining the posture.
Time: 3–5 minutes.
To End: Inhale deeply, hold the breath, and squeeze the entire body. Exhale and relax.
5. Aura Expansion Meditation
Purpose: Expands the aura, balances the Arcline, and aligns the chakras.
Posture: Sit in Easy Pose with your arms extended out to the sides, parallel to the ground, palms facing down.
Mantra: Chant Wahe Guru Wahe Jio out loud.
Focus: Visualise your aura expanding and glowing around you as you chant.
Time: 7 minutes.
6. Deep Relaxation
Purpose: Allows the energy to integrate and balances the nervous system.
Posture: Lie down in Corpse Pose, with your arms at your sides and palms facing up.
Breath: Breathe naturally and deeply.
Time: 5–10 minutes.
