How to Practice
Posture: Sit in a comfortable position, such as Easy Pose, with your spine straight and relaxed.
Hand Position (Antar Naad Mudra):
Left Hand: Place the left hand palm up, in front of your heart centre.
Right Hand: Hover the right hand above the left, palm facing down, with the fingertips of the right hand about an inch above the left palm.
Mantra: Chant the Antar Naad Mantra:
Sa Re Sa Sa, Sa Re Sa Sa, Sa Re Sa Sa, Sa Rang
Har Re Har Har, Har Re Har Har, Har Re Har Har, Har Rang.
Chant with a steady rhythm and allow the vibration of the sounds to resonate through your being.
Duration: Begin with 11 minutes and gradually increase to 31 minutes over time as your practice deepens.
