This meditation is designed to evoke and manifest the inner grace, strength, and radiance inherent in every woman. It aligns the practitioner with the Adi Shakti, the primal creative energy, empowering her to rise above challenges and embody divine grace.
Practising this meditation regularly can transform thoughts, behaviours, and projections, enhancing mental clarity, communication, and physical health while aligning the ego with Divine Will.
Part One: Lying Relaxation with Mantra
Posture: Lie on your back, fully relaxing your body and face. Close your eyes.
Mantra:
Women: "I am Grace of God."
Men: "I am in the Grace of God."
Breath & Practice:
Inhale deeply and hold the breath. Silently repeat the mantra 10 times. To keep count, gently tense your fingers one at a time.
Exhale completely and hold the breath out. Silently repeat the mantra 10 times.
Repeat this process for a total of 5 inhalations and 5 exhalations, totalling 100 silent repetitions. Relax your breath once completed.
Part Two: Seated Meditation
Posture: Sit in Easy Pose (cross-legged) or on a chair with a straight spine. Apply a light neck lock (Jalandhar Bandh).
Focus: Close your eyes and direct your gaze upwards to the Third Eye Point.
Breath: Keep your breathing natural and relaxed.
Mudra:
Right Hand: Place it in Gyan Mudra (thumb and index finger touching, palms facing up).
Left Hand: Hold it up by the left shoulder, palm flat and facing forward, in a “vow” position.
One at a time, tense each finger of the left hand while keeping the others straight but relaxed. Meditate on the energy each finger represents (details below). Repeat the mantra 5 times while focusing on each finger.
Finger Energies
Little Finger (Mercury – Water): Communication and subconscious self-awareness.
Ring Finger (Sun & Venus – Fire): Physical health, vitality, grace, and beauty.
Middle Finger (Saturn – Air): Emotional channeling, devotion, and patience.
Thumb (Earth): Positive ego and groundedness.
End the Meditation
After completing the sequence, relax and meditate silently for a few minutes.
