A practice of clarity, courage, and energetic sovereignty


Ego Eradicator is not about force, discipline, or pushing through.It is a remembering.

This Kundalini Yoga kriya works directly with the breath and nervous system to clear mental noise, strengthen your inner field, and return you to your own authority. It doesn’t ask you to become someone new it strips away what is not true so what is can rise naturally.

This practice meets you exactly where you are. Whether you are new to Kundalini Yoga or deeply immersed, Ego Eradicator has a way of cutting through the fog and bringing you back into your body, your breath, and your presence.

Not louder. Clearer.


What Ego Eradicator Really Works With

At its essence, Ego Eradicator works with the subtle layers of identity the places where doubt, overthinking, people-pleasing, and mental grasping live.

Through a specific arm position and the rhythmic pulse of Breath of Fire, the practice stimulates the navel centre and clears stagnation in the energetic field. Within minutes, the mind begins to quiet, the chest opens, and the body remembers how to hold itself with confidence and steadiness.

This kriya doesn’t fight the ego it dissolves the grip of it.What remains is clarity, containment, and self-trust.


The Practice (Simple + Intentional)

Sit comfortably in an easy seated position, spine tall but relaxed.

Raise the arms to a 60-degree angle, fingers gently folded into the pads of the palms, thumbs pointing upward a gesture of alignment and resolve.


Close the eyes and softly focus at the third eye point.

Begin Breath of Fire - a steady, rhythmic breath that moves naturally through the navel.

Start with 1–3 minutes, allowing the body to acclimatise.

Over time, let the duration grow organically.


To complete the practice:Inhale deeply, bring the thumbs together overhead, exhale, and rest.

Let the effects land without rushing on.
