Sit in Easy Pose with your left hand over your heart and your right hand resting on your knee in Gyan Mudra, index finger and thumb touching.
Close your eyes and silently chant Humee Hum Brahm Hum (We are we, we are God).
This mantra strengthens your connection to the divine and nurtures a sense of inner
belonging.
