Focus Look toward the tip of your nose


Breath Long slow deep breathing through the nose


Mudra Hands are relaxed in Gyan Mudra


Time Continue 3-11mins


Comments It is said that by practicing this medical meditation between 4-6am you will control the entire glandular system for 24 hours. This means your glandular secretions will be released in exactly the right amounts. As this occurs, the chemistry of your blood will change for the better.
