As women, retreating with each other is not only a luxury, but it is necessary for our health and wellbeing. Just as you plan your daily rest, you also need to plan your monthly or annual retreats. Women need to gather. They need to talk to another woman, and they need to listen to what another has to say. We need to be in each others aura and we need to hold each other. To be a leader of the future of humanity, we must remember how much we enjoy each others company and presence and how profoundly healing of the karma for ourselves, for the generations that come after us, and those who came before us. ​ No experience necessary for you to join our Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Retreats.
